Neapolitan pizza with a chewy dough baked in a wood-fired oven, and an authentic Italian dish
Wood-fired Neapolitan pizza features a puffy, swollen cornicione and a chewy crust, with a wide variety including Margherita, Melanzane, Quattro Formaggi, and Calzone. Authentic pastas that make the most of simple ingredients, such as Cacio e Pepe, and a crispy assortment of fritto are also well regarded. At the storefront they also offer homemade gelato under the name Mio Gelato.

In the bright interior, where gelato display cases line the entrance, an open kitchen centered around a wood-fired oven has been installed. From the counter seats you can enjoy up close the craftsmen stretching the dough, adding toppings, and sliding it into the oven — it is reputed to be the "best seat in the house." At night it is so popular that it is constantly fully booked by reservation only, and gelato can also be enjoyed at the terrace seats in front of the shop.
Reopened after relocating from a popular shop in Shin-Moriya — a wood-fired Neapolitan pizza that, after overcoming hardship, has taken root in Moriya
The predecessor store, which had gained a reputation in the Shin-Moriya area as a top Neapolitan pizza restaurant, was struck by adversity when it suffered a store fire. Responding to the expectations of many fans, it reopened as a new store at its current location in Moriya City Ookashiwa on December 3, 2025. In a larger space than before, it also includes the gelato concept MIO GELATO and has taken root in Moriya in a new form.
Yuki Ando
After graduating from a culinary vocational school, he trained for about eight years at Italian restaurants in Tsukuba and Tokyo. In his second year as a cook he was struck by the deliciousness of Neapolitan pizza and moved into the career of a pizza craftsman, and in 2014 he opened his own independent shop in his hometown of Moriya. In 2019 he won the Caputo Cup Neapolitan Pizza Craftsman Championship Japan tournament in the Classica division and was invited to the world competition in Naples; he is a proven talent.
